Cal Traffic mirrors Caltrans's public CWWP2 feeds — we don't operate the cameras. If a camera is offline, blurry, or pointing the wrong way, that's a Caltrans hardware/maintenance issue, not something we can fix on our end. Report camera issues to Caltrans directly via the Caltrans Customer Service Center.
Response time
Cal Traffic is run by one person in their spare time. We aim to reply within a few days but can't always promise it. For urgent road conditions, contact CHP or call 511.
